Purchase without down payment

This program is only offered to persons who wish to purchase an owner-occupant single family dwelling.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have a stable employment record (minimum 1 year at the same place)
• Qualify to the standards of the lender (GDR 30 % and TDR 40 %) 
• Have in your possession at least 1.5 % of the purchase price in savings 
• Have a very good credit (minimum of 680 credit rating)

You are eligible even if you are a previous owner
